Intro to 3D Digitization and Photogrammetry Crash Course
February 15th 10am - 3pm
2709 E. Tenth Street
Bloomington, IN 47408
The goal of this crash course is to introduce participants to the basics of 3D digitization and provide a working knowledge of photogrammetry. Photogrammetry is the process of using a series of overlapping photos to create a 3D model of an object. After learning about different methods for 3D digitization, participants will receive in-depth instruction on photogrammetry. The workshop will cover best practices and the processing steps necessary for creating your own 3D model using the photogrammetry software package Agisoft Metashape.
Please bring your laptop to the event and if possible, bring a digital camera and a mouse for your computer.
