Description:
The goal of this crash course is to introduce participants to the basics of 3D digitization and provide a working knowledge of photogrammetry. Photogrammetry is the process of using a series of overlapping photos to create a 3D model of an object. After learning about different methods for 3D digitization, participants will receive in-depth instruction on photogrammetry. The workshop will cover best practices and the processing steps necessary for creating your own 3D model using the photogrammetry software package Agisoft Metashape.
