CLACS would like to invite you to a roundtable on "Mexican Labor in Indiana" on Tuesday, November 13th at 6pm at the Ivy Tech John Waldron Arts Center, 122 S. Walnut Street. This will be a discussion of historical and contemporary Mexican and Mexican-American labor in Indiana. Discussants will include Miriam Acevedo Davis (La Plaza), Sergio Lemus (Latino Studies Program, IU Bloomington), Michael Snodgrass (Dept. of History, IUPUI), and Jane Walter (El Centro Comunal Latino). Sylvia Martínez (Latino Studies Program, IU Bloomington) will be moderating the event. This event corresponds with the Braceros exhibit that is on display from October 26th to November 20th at the John Waldron Arts Center.
