Arts + Entertainment

Arts + Entertainment

From the IU Auditorium (where you can see performances free as an usher) to the Lotus World Music and Arts Festival (where you can also volunteer) to events at the Buskirk-Chumley Theatre, you’ll find plenty of energizing entertainment. The world-class Indiana University Cinema offers both traditional and modern films from around the world, with scholarly events and visits from international filmmakers. The Ryder Magazine and Film Series is another resource for social events and film.

You’ll find hundreds of musical events through the  Jacobs School of Music, and most of them free. The Department of Theatre, Drama, and Contemporary Dance offers performances throughout the year, inviting students from all departments to audition and attend.
