Department of Anthropology

Catherine has a Master of Arts degree in Anthropology, Master of Public Administration degree, and Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Florida Atlantic University. Prior to IU admission, Catherine has interned for the Florida Public Archaeology Network and the Palm Beach County Archaeologist, worked for various cultural resource management companies on Florida archaeological sites, and was interim curator for the Lawrence E. Will Museum of the Glades. Regionally focused on the Kissimmee-Okeechobee-Everglades (KOE) region, interest has centered on how recent research and the identification of new sites further contextualizes these communities.
