About Anna Zhaohan Song
Anna Zhaohan Song is a PhD student in the department of anthropology. She is interested in food culture, human-environment relationship, and economic structures. Her previous undergraduate research involves the value system embedded in the Chinese tea industry. Her current research project investigates the wild edible mushroom culture in southwest China, particularly Yunnan province.
